{"id":204,"date":"2025-02-28T09:59:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T09:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/accademiaitalianadellacucina.ro\/it\/?p=204"},"modified":"2025-04-30T09:29:01","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T09:29:01","slug":"delegatia-monferrato-intalnire-conviviala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/accademiaitalianadellacucina.ro\/it\/delegatia-monferrato-intalnire-conviviala\/","title":{"rendered":"Delegazione del Monferrato \u2013 incontro conviviale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>28 febbraio 2025, Treville<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La Delegazione del Monferrato si \u00e8 riunita per una cena conviviale presso l\u2019Hosteria Treville, nel comune di Treville, un piccolo borgo situato tra le colline del Monferrato, patrimonio UNESCO, con una lunga storia documentata fin dal XIII secolo e rinomato per le sue tradizioni enogastronomiche.<\/p>\n<p>Il Delegato Pietro Caire ha ricoperto anche il ruolo di Simposiarca, introducendo ai presenti il tema culinario di tradizione storica nel Monferrato: il baccal\u00e0 (merluzzo salato).<\/p>\n<p>Il men\u00f9 proposto dallo chef Massimo Coppo ha rispettato le ricette tradizionali, reinterpretate con un tocco personale molto apprezzato dagli accademici. Ogni piatto \u00e8 stato illustrato anche dal ma\u00eetre Sandro Pastorino.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atmosfera amichevole tra i commensali, protrattasi ben oltre il caff\u00e8, ha reso questa serata perfetta.
