Situata nella campagna bolognese, la trattoria \u2013 un tempo luogo d\u2019incontro per i monaci di San Nicola \u2013 conserva all\u2019esterno una terracotta raffigurante il Santo e, all\u2019interno, un affresco della Vergine Maria, attualmente in attesa di restauro.<\/p>\n<p>Il tema della serata, proposto dall\u2019accademica Caterina Grechi, \u00e8 stato esposto con maestria da Silvana Hrelia, accademica e professoressa ordinaria di Biochimica presso il Dipartimento di Scienze per la Qualit\u00e0 della Vita dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Bologna. La relatrice ha sottolineato come le differenze fisiologiche tra uomo e donna \u2013 contrariamente alle credenze del passato \u2013 richiedano un\u2019alimentazione specifica per le diverse fasi della vita, non limitata solo a quelle tradizionalmente associate alla gravidanza e all\u2019allattamento.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo il saluto del Delegato Mauro Taddia e la presentazione dei piatti da parte della Simposiarca Paola Guarnieri, ha avuto inizio l\u2019incontro conviviale, a cui hanno partecipato oltre 40 accademici e i loro invitati.
