L\u2019incontro conviviale \u00e8 stato preceduto da un\u2019interessante conferenza intitolata \u201cSorella Acqua\u2026 Fratello Vino\u201d. Il tema dell\u2019acqua \u00e8 stato scelto in occasione della prossima Giornata Mondiale dell\u2019Acqua, celebrata il 22 marzo, una giornata internazionale riconosciuta fin dal 1993.<\/p>\n<p>La conferenza \u00e8 stata seguita con grande interesse dai partecipanti, non solo per gli argomenti trattati, ma anche per il prestigio dei relatori: l\u2019accademico di Pescara Aternum Leonardo Seghetti e il dott. Andrea Rosati.<\/p>\n<p>Il men\u00f9 concordato tra la Simposiarca Mascia Mancini e la direzione del ristorante, rappresentata dal sig. Giovanni Colaninno, ha soddisfatto pienamente gli accademici e i numerosi ospiti d\u2019onore, grazie alla cucina del talentuoso chef Vittorio Maoloni, che ha rispettato fedelmente la tradizione gastronomica locale (ad esempio, il rag\u00f9 di maccheroncini a base di ciauscolo e anisetta).<\/p>\n<p>Durante la serata sono stati presentati due \u201cpostulanti\u201d: il dott.
